Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 29, 2026

Messenger Partners ("Messenger Partners," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to messengerpartners.com and to any communications you initiate with us, including SMS messaging.

Information we collect

We collect only what is needed to respond to you and to operate our services:

  • Information you provide directly — for example, your name, company, email address, phone number, and the contents of any message you send us through the contact form on this site or by replying to one of our messages.
  • Information collected automatically — standard web logs (IP address, user agent, referring page, timestamp) when you visit the site, kept for security and analytics purposes.
  • Information from messaging — when you exchange SMS or other messages with us, we receive your phone number, the contents of your messages, and delivery metadata from our messaging provider.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide the services you have requested.
  • Send transactional and conversational messages (including SMS) related to your relationship with us, such as scheduling, follow-ups, account-related information, and replies to inbound messages you send us.
  • Maintain the security, integrity, and performance of our website and services.
  • Comply with our legal obligations.

SMS & mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support of services provided to you (for example, message routing, delivery, and customer support) is permitted. All other categories of personal information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

You can opt out of receiving SMS from us at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. You can request help by replying HELP, or by contacting us at privacy@messengerpartners.com. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. See our SMS Messaging Terms for full details.

Service providers

We use a small number of vendors to operate this site and our messaging. These vendors process information only on our behalf and only to the extent needed to provide their service:

  • Twilio, Inc. — SMS/MMS message delivery and phone-number management.
  • Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, content delivery, and DNS.
  • Google LLC — web fonts.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Cookies

This site uses only essential cookies needed to deliver pages and protect against abuse. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Data retention

We retain personal information only as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. Web server logs are retained for a limited period for security and operational purposes. Message records are retained as required by our messaging provider's policies and applicable telecommunications regulations.

Your choices

You may request to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or object to certain processing, by contacting us at privacy@messengerpartners.com. Where required by applicable law, we will respond within the timeframes the law sets.

Children

This site and our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the site or sent to you directly where appropriate.
